Engineering
Engineering is the central point in our company. Every project which we accomplish, is delivered as a "construction box" at the workplace. The drawing office converts the measured dimensions into a AutoCAD drawing, which will be offered to the customer. 3D-CAD software is a part of our design ability too. A report containing a static calculation in conformity with EURO CODE 3 is attached to every floor and cantilever rack, which guarantees the strength and quality of the mezzanine or cantilever.

Production
Profielnorm provides tailor made products for their customers, therefore the production of Profielnorm is an indispensable link. Our rolling line is our showpiece. With this machine we make our C+ and S+ sections, the bearing components of our floors. Owing to our elaborate machining possibilities - welding, drilling, punching and sawing facilities - we can fulfill any demand.

Assembly
Profielnorm has a professional assembly team at its disposal. The installation of a mezzanine is a specialistic job with specific tools. Experience is the keyword for a well-assembled floor. Meanwhile, our installation department has assembled many m²'s of mezzanine floor. The assemblers of Profielnorm are VCA-certified and use tested assembly materials.
