| Frames This is the base of a pallet rack, the bearings are connected to it. The frames become strong and solid by means of shorings. That is important for a maximal load capacity. The frames and bearings restrict the maximal bearable load of a pallet rack. The frames are available in various heights, from 2 meters up to and including 8 meters with expoxy coating and from 8,5 meters to 12 meters galvanized. This in steps of half a meter. Furthermore te frames are available in various depths, from 700 mm deep to 1.100 mm deep. Different depths are possible too. The pillars of the frames are available in various measures and thicknesses too. The frames have a load capacity of over 21.500 kg. This depends also to the thickness of the frame and height of the first pair of bearings. |  |

Bearings
On a bearing the pallets are put down. The frames of 1.100 mm deep are used mostly. But other dephts occur too. Sometimes depth supports are apllied too. Bearings are available in various lengths, from 1.350 mm up to and including 3.900 mm. The bearings are aivalable in various strengths too. There are trunks of 80 x 40 mm up to and including trunks of 155 x 50 mm. Frame protector Frame protecter Can be applied at corners of a rack as a protecter of the pillars. Board support For example chipboards can be applied in this. This supports are applied over the bearings and the board fits galvanized in it. Frame connector In case of double rows the frames are connected as exra safetying with frame connectors. Wall connector With a wall connector a frame can be connected to a waal as extra safetying. |

A cask can be placed on this supports Safety peg is applied in the punching of the bearing and the frame. This prevents lifting a bearing by accident (e.g. by a fork-lift truck) Anchor blocks Anchor blocks are used to anchor the frames to the floor.
